James Hatch

James Hatch has a diverse range of work experience in the insurance and technology industries. James started their career at Aetna Life & Casualty, where they held the role of Director of Business System Strategy, and was responsible for designing and building claims tracking and office management applications. James then moved on to various leadership roles at companies such as Employee Benefits Insurance, Pyramid Services, IDI, and Insurity. At Insurity, they served as the Vice President of Product Engineering, overseeing product development, IT infrastructure support, and regulatory reporting. James also held positions at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, where they served as the CIO and Vice President of Product Management & Engineering and later as the CIO and Vice President of Product Operations. Additionally, they worked as an Examiner at the Baldrige National Quality Program. Overall, James Hatch has a wealth of experience in product development, IT infrastructure support, and management roles within the insurance and technology sectors.
