Shivanii Cordes

Shivanii Cordes has extensive experience in user experience roles, starting at Insurity in 2020 as a Senior Manager and progressing to Director, AVP, and currently, VP of User Experience. Before joining Insurity, Shivanii held the position of Director of User Experience at SpatialKey (now Insurity) from 2012 to 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead Experience Architect at EffectiveUI, a Senior Interaction Designer at Crispin Porter Bogusky, and a User Experience Designer at Quark, Inc. Shivanii also has experience as a New Media Communications Specialist at BI Incorporated, a Web Designer at Moebius Media, a Technical Communicator at Scientific Learning, and a Technical Writer at Stratford Communication.

Shivanii Cordes holds a BA degree in Philosophy from San Francisco State University, which they obtained from 1997 to 2000. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1997, they attended the Academy of Art University for Fine Art and Illustration. Shivanii also attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1991 to 1993. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in "Hiring an Employee for Managers" and "Inclusive Leadership" from LinkedIn in the year 2021.
