Barbara Kowalski

Barbara Kowalski has extensive work experience in various roles. Barbara started their career as an Analyst Tester at QA Lens in 2007, where they designed and executed tests for quality assurance. Barbara then worked as an Analyst Tester Ssr at DineroMail in 2008, where they continued to focus on test design and execution.

In 2008, Barbara joined Tsoft as an Analyst QA Semisenior, working on projects for the client Telecom Personal S.A. Barbara was responsible for designing and executing unit, integration, and regression tests to ensure project quality.

Barbara's next role was at Snoop Consulting in 2010, where they worked as an SAP HR Analyst and later as an Analyst DataWarehouse for Ternium Argentina and Colombia. Barbara participated in workshops, created functional specifications, customized the system, and developed user manuals and training materials.

In 2011, Barbara joined LPA Consulting as a SAP HR Consultant, working on projects for Bridgestone and Cablevisión-Fibertel. Barbara played an active role in defining processes and requirements, created blueprints and functional specifications, and customized the system.

Barbara then worked as a SAP HCM Consultant at Minimun Consulting from 2012 to 2014, where they participated in workshops, created documentation such as Business Blueprint (BBP), meeting minutes, and training manuals, and performed system parameterization.

From 2014 to 2018, Barbara worked as a Senior ERP Consultant at Softland Argentina. Barbara collaborated with national and multinational companies, conducting operational and administrative process analysis, gathering requirements, and coordinating tasks within the working group.

In 2018, Barbara joined Emergencias as a Senior IT Functional Analyst, where they managed projects, analyzed business processes, addressed business requirements, and resolved incidents to ensure solution stability.

From 2019 to 2021, Barbara worked at BDEV | Verifarma as the Business Unit Manager for VFG, where they were responsible for business operations.

Currently, Barbara is working at Inswitch as a PM/Scrum Master. Their main tasks include facilitating team ceremonies, identifying improvement opportunities, and suggesting metrics for change.

Barbara Kowalski attended the Instituto Universitario de Escuelas Argentinas de Negocios from 2010 to 2016, where they obtained a degree in Tecnología Informática. During the same year of 2010, they also received a scholarship from the Ministry of Labor for training in SAP HCM, which they pursued at Quality Tech. Additionally, Barbara holds certifications in Product Owner - Gestión de productos con metodologías ágiles and Metodologías Ágiles para Gestión de Proyectos de Desarrollo de Software, obtained in July 2020 and May 2020 respectively, from the Centro de Formación, Investigación y Desarrollo de Soluciones de e-Learning de la Secretaría de Cultura y Extensión Universitaria de la Facultad Regional Buenos Aires de la Universidad Tecnológica Nacional.
