Nilanjana currently works as an HR at InSync since December 2012, specializing in HR Tech-Fin solutions. Prior to this, Nilanjana worked in the IT Recruitment & Staffing department at 2COMS since December 2010. For a brief period between March 2007 to August 2008, Nilanjana held the position of Resource Manager at 2COMS and ZEST focusing on IT recruitment. With a Master's degree in English from Rabindra Bharati University and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Calcutta, Nilanjana has a strong educational background. Graduating from Binodini Girls High School for Class 12 and Jadavpur Vidyapith for Class 10, Nilanjana has consistently pursued education in the field of HR and language.
