Carolyn Koutsaftis

Carolyn Koutsaftis, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions, a position held since January 2022. Previously, Carolyn held the role of Senior Human Resources Manager at RSA from February 2001 to January 2022, and was the HR Manager at Dade Behring between 1998 and 2001. Carolyn's human resources career began in roles at Abbott Laboratories and GTE, spanning from 1995 to 1998. Educationally, Carolyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Penn State University and a Master’s degree in Labor & Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
