Fred Smith

Fred Smith is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry with extensive experience in claims consulting and legal practice. Currently serving as a Senior Claims Consultant at Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions since January 2020, Fred also holds a position as a Claims Consultant at One Beacon Insurance Group, where responsibilities include claims related to environmental issues. Prior to these roles, Fred was a Partner at Sedgwick LLP for nearly three decades and worked as an Associate at Phelan, Pope and John. Fred holds a J.D. in Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Illinois Chicago.
