Brandon Callaway

Brandon Callaway is an experienced communications consultant currently working for Intact Technology since March 2024. Prior to this role, Brandon held various positions at Truist from October 2015 to January 2024, including Readiness and Enablement Specialist, Technical Support Specialist, and Personal Banker. As a Readiness and Enablement Specialist, Brandon was instrumental in developing training and internal communications during a significant financial merger, while also serving as a Subject Matter Expert for online and mobile banking initiatives. Brandon’s earlier experience includes managing the Tech Depot Services department at Office Depot from September 2012 to October 2015, alongside a strong educational background with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from Appalachian State University and an Associate of Arts from Forsyth Technical Community College.
