Rebecca Patton is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in strategic marketing and digital strategy. Currently serving as a Strategic Communications Consultant at Synergy Group since July 2021, Rebecca leads communication strategies for government business transformation programs and advises Branch executives on media and communication. Prior experience includes a tenure as General Manager of Marketing at the National Breast Cancer Foundation, where Rebecca successfully drove organizational growth, enhanced brand awareness, and managed crisis communications. Previous roles include Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Johnson & Johnson, Group Account Director at MullenLowe Profero, and Brand Planner at Ogilvy & Mather. Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Communications with a focus on Advertising from the University of Technology Sydney.
