Jessica Deal

Jessica Deal currently serves as a Training Consultant and Communications Consultant at Intact Technology, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Jessica worked at Henrico County Public Schools, starting as a Classroom Teacher from August 2012 to June 2019 before becoming an Innovative Learning Coach from August 2019 to May 2023. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Liberal Studies and a Master of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching, both earned from James Madison University. Throughout Jessica's career, a focus on innovative teaching strategies and effective communication in educational settings has been evident.
