Hassan Tariq Hashmi

Hassan Tariq Hashmi has a diverse work experience in the field of software development. Hassan started their career as a Software Engineer at Intagleo Systems (Pvt.) Ltd in December 2006. Hassan worked there for a year before joining Intagleo Systems as a Principal Software Engineer in January 2008. In this role, they led a team of up to 8 developers and worked on various individual and team-based projects for offshore clients. Hassan ensured regular communication and reporting with clients over emails and conference calls. After four years, they transitioned to the role of Senior Programmer at Intagleo Systems in August 2012. As the technical lead of a team of 5 developers, they collaborated directly with clients, gathered requirements, proposed technical solutions, and delivered implemented solutions while ensuring quality control. In November 2016, they were promoted to the position of Senior Software Project Manager at Intagleo Systems. In this role, they supervised the entire software development lifecycle, from analyzing client needs to prototyping implementation, testing, delivery, and ongoing maintenance. Hassan drove the adoption of common key processes and governance models aligned with various business and organizational needs. Hassan also worked as a Development Lead in addition to their role as a Software Project Manager.
