Charlie Normanton

Charlie Normanton serves as the Director of Client Development at Intapp since September 2025. Previously, Normanton held several roles at Guidepoint, including Vice President of Business Development and Associate Vice President of Business Development, excelling in the institutional investor segment across EMEA, and achieving significant sales targets during tenure. Normanton began the career at Buchanan Law as an Associate, co-founding a legal executive search division and building a substantial revenue pipeline. Normanton holds a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science from the University of Nottingham.
