Tom Armstrong

Tom Armstrong has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Tom started their career as the Director of Technical Operations at the Boston Stock Exchange in 1997. After their stint there, they moved on to MetraTech as the Director of Technical Operations from 2000 to 2002. In 2003, they joined BT as the Chief Information Security Officer for the Conferencing Business Unit, where they worked until 2011. Following that, they joined CVS Caremark Corporation as the Director of Security Operations from 2011 to 2012, and then transitioned into the role of Director of Security Architecture from 2012 to 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Information Security Officer at Intarcia Therapeutics, Inc., a role they have been in since 2016.

Tom Armstrong attended Wentworth Institute of Technology from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
