Antonella del Torto

Antonella Del Torto has extensive work experience in the field of human resources.

Antonella currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at intarget since August 2022.

Prior to that, they worked at Ayming from April 2016 to August 2022, where they held the roles of Head of Human Resources Italy and Manager HR Performance Business Line. In these roles, they focused on designing, developing, and executing Human Resources Value Performance Programs, with expertise in areas such as trust culture, people engagement, stress management, diversity and inclusion, talent development strategy, compensation and benefits, and organization and processes.

Before joining Ayming, Antonella worked at Great Place to Work Italia for almost a decade, from September 2007 to March 2016. As a Senior Consultant, their responsibilities included prospecting for new customers, advising managers and board of directors on creating a favorable social climate for high performance, facilitating focus groups and workshops, managing employee survey projects, and managing marketing and external relations.

Antonella also has prior experience at Barclays Bank, where they worked as a Junior Organization Analyst from November 2006 to July 2007, and at RCS Libri, where they served as an HR & Organization Intern from December 2005 to October 2006.

Antonella Del Torto's education history begins with completing their Maturità Classica at Liceo Classico G. Perrotta from 1995 to 2000. Antonella then pursued a Master's Degree in Business Administration at Università Bocconi from 2000 to 2005, specializing in Business Administration and Management.

In 2017, Antonella enrolled at Scuola di Formazione IPSOA to pursue a Master's Degree in HR Management, although the completion date is not specified.

Additionally, Antonella has obtained certifications in their professional journey. In June 2023, they completed the "Accredited Professional Coaching Mastery" from Asterys Lab.
