Prior experience includes a role as Associate Scientific Manager I at Biocon Biologics, where responsibilities encompassed upstream cell culture process development for monoclonal antibodies, conducting late-stage studies, and supporting regulatory filings. Jashwant held a Principal Scientist position, gaining hands-on experience in various cell culture techniques and bioreactor operations.
