Pratik Shah

Pratik Shah is an experienced leader in manufacturing operations, currently serving as the Sr. Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Intas Pharmaceuticals since November 2024. Prior to this role, Pratik held several high-level positions at Sentiss Pharma Pvt. Ltd., including Sr. Vice President of Operations, where responsibilities encompassed global manufacturing operations and supply chain management across various sites. Pratik's experience also includes positions at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories as Site Head for injectables and sterile formulations, and at Baxter Pharmaceuticals as Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, where Pratik managed multiple manufacturing units and a large team. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from Bharati Vidyapeeth and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat University.
