Rijo Christian possesses extensive experience in payroll management and business finance, currently serving as Assistant Manager Global Payroll Support at Intas Pharmaceuticals since May 2025. Previously, Rijo held the position of Assistant Manager- Payroll & Business Finance at Lancesoft India, where responsibilities included developing customized MIS reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams for accurate data analysis. Rijo has also worked as a Senior Executive at Vodafone, managing confidential customer data, and as Payroll Lead at Collabera India, processing payroll across various regions including India and Singapore for a large workforce. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Associate at L&T Technology Services Limited, handling induction and healthcare insurance for employees in the USA. Rijo holds a Master of Commerce in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
