Alicja Schilling

Alicja Schilling currently serves as a board member at VITO teknisk entreprenør AS and Rørteft AS, and holds the position of Avdelingsleder VVS at INTEC since December 2022, where responsibilities include the establishment and development of a new department. Prior experience includes roles as Gruppeleder at Sweco, overseeing a team of 15 engineers, and Norconsult AS, leading a specialized group within infrastructure VVS. Also served as Acting Manager Asset Management for Energy & Cooling at Telenor, managing energy solutions for numerous sites. Earlier career includes roles in technical consulting and engineering with a focus on industrial processes and ventilation. Alicja holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Energy and Environment from Oslo and Akershus University College and a bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from Akademia Wincentego Pola.
