Paola Molina

UX Researcher and Strategist at Intechnic

Paola Molina has a diverse work experience. Paola began their career as a Secretary at Miguel Landscaping from April 2016 to April 2019. Paola then worked as a Research Assistant Intern at The Social and Interactive Media Lab (SIMLab) at Loyola University Chicago from August 2019 to December 2019. In 2018, Paola served as a STEAHM Fellow at Girls Who Code from September 2018 to April 2020. Paola then became a UX and Strategy Intern at multiplica.US from June 2020 to November 2020. Most recently, Paola held the positions of Junior UX Researcher and UX Researcher and Strategist at Intechnic, starting in June 2022 and January 2023, respectively.

Paola Molina pursued their higher education at Loyola University Chicago. From 2015 to 2017, they attended Arrupe College of Loyola University Chicago, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree. Following this, from 2017 to 2019, they enrolled at Loyola University Chicago and obtained a degree in Digital Media with a focus on Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Paola Molina also acquired various certifications to enhance their skills further. Paola completed the "Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Essential Training" through LinkedIn in January 2023. In February 2021, they completed the "UX Fundamentals: User Testing" course from Udemy. Furthermore, they obtained certifications in "Adobe Photoshop CC - Essentials Training Course," "Design Rules: Principles + Practices for Great UI Design," "Design Thinking for Beginners: Develop Innovative Ideas," and "UX Strategy Fundamentals" from Udemy in December 2020. In August 2020, they obtained the "Google Analytics Essential Training" certificate from LinkedIn Learning and acquired the "Adobe XD Essential Training: Design" certificate in July 2020. Paola also completed the "Google Analytics for Beginners" course through the Google Analytics Academy in October 2020.
