Karol Horosin

Karol Horosin is a highly experienced software engineer and consultant with a strong background in cybersecurity, AI, and product development. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Polly and an AI Consultant at Codespheric, Karol previously held the position of Software Engineering Manager at Netacea, overseeing cross-functional teams and managing high-volume software services related to cybersecurity. As a co-founder of Sentimatic, Karol led the development of an AI product for real-time analysis in call centers and contributed to various biotechnology and machine learning projects at Ardigen S.A. Additionally, Karol has co-founded a startup focused on providing automatic subtitles for television and began a career in technology consulting and web development as a self-employed software developer. Karol holds both a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Applied Computer Science from AGH University of Krakow.
