Loraine Phillips

Loraine Phillips has over 30 years of experience in the petrochemical industry. Loraine currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Integra Petrochemicals, where they are responsible for leading the company's global operations. Prior to their current role, Loraine held various positions at ExxonMobil, including Global Corporate Cyber Resiliency Project Executive and President of ExxonMobil Chemical Europe. Loraine has also been involved in several industry organizations, serving as the Corporate Sponsorship Director at the Women's Forum for the Economy & Society and Chair of the Supply Chain Council at Cefic. Loraine is a respected leader in the industry with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and risk reduction.

Loraine Phillips has a diverse education history. In 1983, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Hons) degree in Chemistry from Loughborough University. In 1986, they also obtained a Diploma in Industrial Studies, specializing in Radiochemistry, from the same university. In 1996, they furthered their education with a Young Leaders Executive MBA from IMD. In 2001, they attended the Thunderbird School of Global Management for a Global Executive Leadership Program. Recently, in 2022, they completed the Institute of Sustainability Leadership program at the University of Cambridge. Additionally, Loraine obtained a certification in Business Sustainability Management from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
