Karen Davila serves as Associate General Counsel at Integra Connect since May 2022. Previously, Karen held the position of Healthcare & Business Attorney at Florida Healthcare Law Firm from January 2021 to May 2022, specializing in regulatory compliance and pharmacy operations, among other areas. Karen's experience also includes roles as General Counsel at Jupiter Health, Inc., and Senior Associate General Counsel at Walmart Stores, Inc., focusing on regulatory compliance within the Health and Wellness Division. With a foundational career as Senior Vice President/General Counsel at Wuesthoff Health System overseeing a comprehensive range of health care services, Karen brings a wealth of knowledge in legal services related to pharmacy, continuing care, and health care operations. Education includes a Doctor of Law (JD) from Chicago-Kent College of Law and an Executive MBA in International Business/Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
