Vice-president For Staff Motivation And Development at Integra

Anton Vasiliev has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Anton began their career in 1999 as a leading economist at CJSC "BelKaRS" before moving on to serve as a chief specialist at OJSC "Samotlorneftegaz" in 2001. Anton then worked as the deputy chief of the department of economic analysis at OJSC "NNP" from 2001 to 2002, where they were responsible for investment project development and monitoring. Anton Vasiliev joined TNK BP in 2002 as a project manager for the Oil Service block, overseeing accounting and reporting projects as well as implementing cost allocation systems and automated solutions. In 2005, they joined Integra Group as the director of the Internal Controls and Reengineering Department and later took on the role of vice-president of Internal Controls and Reengineering. During their time at Integra, they played a significant role in improving the internal control system, implementing corporate regulatory systems, and reforming accounting processes. Lastly, they served as the vice-president for staff motivation and development at Integra, focusing on enhancing staff motivation and development within the company.

Anton Vasiliev has a diverse education history. Anton attended the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO in 2015, where they participated in a workshop on directors. Prior to this, from 1999 to 2001, they attended the Volgograd Academy of Public Administration, where they pursued a degree in Jurisprudence with a focus on the civil legislation. Before that, from 1995 to 1999, Anton Vasiliev also studied at the Volgograd Academy of Public Administration, specializing in Financial Management at the Economics and Finance Faculty.
