Giusti Arcibal

Giusti Arcibal currently serves as the Section Head of Warehouse at INTEGRA GROUP, overseeing all operational activities including the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods since August 2023. Prior to this role, Giusti was involved in business process improvement at Batamindo Green Farm, Indonesia's largest hydroponic farm, from December 2022 to July 2023, focusing on high-quality produce cultivation through advanced agricultural technology. Giusti also held positions at PT KANAAN GLOBAL INDONESIA as a Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist from February 2019 to June 2023, and as a Junior Continuous Improvement Specialist, amassing valuable experience in Lean Systems and Manufacturing, analytical thinking, and business acumen. Giusti holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Sebelas Maret, completed in 2018, and attended SMA Negeri 4 Surakarta from 2010 to 2013.
