Bridget Bilodeau

Bridget Bilodeau is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer service operations and business transformation. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Business Services at Integra LifeSciences since June 2016, Bridget oversees global customer service operations and leads initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Prior to this role, Bridget held various leadership positions at GE Healthcare from July 1999 to June 2016, including Customer Order Fulfillment Leader, where responsibilities included creating a Global Center of Excellence focused on customer satisfaction and profitability. Bridget also has a strong foundation in finance and IT operations, having managed significant programs and systems. Educational background includes a degree in Business Administration from Berkshire Community College and further studies at RPI Lally School of Management.
