Dean Ripploh

Dean Ripploh currently serves as the Director of Quality Operations at Integra LifeSciences, overseeing product quality and regulatory compliance. Prior to this role, Dean held various positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific, including Proactive Quality Manager and Manager of Quality Assurance & Metrology, where responsibilities included leading teams to ensure regulatory compliance and improve product quality. Dean's earlier experience includes roles as a Process Engineer at Patheon, Research Engineer at Procter & Gamble, and R&D Co-Op at the University of Dayton Research Institute. Dean holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology and Manufacturing Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton, as well as a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
