Alane Updegraff

Alane Updegraff has been in the workforce for over 20 years. Alane began their career in 1997 at ACRT, Inc. as the Vice President of Human Resources, then moved on to become the Vice President of Corporate Services and Corporate Services Manager. In 2007, they joined Rohrer Corporation as the Director of Administration and Organizational Development and Marketing & Customer Satisfaction Manager. In 2016, they became the Director of Human Resources at Data Cooling Technologies, LLC and in 2018 they joined Compass Systems and Sales, LLC in the same role. Alane is currently the VP of Operations at Integra Mission Critical.

Alane Updegraff holds a Bachelor's degree from The University of Toledo, a Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resource Management, and a Level 1 Certification from the Devine Group.
