Robert Nicholas has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the insurance industry. Robert has worked at Amerisure Insurance since 2002, starting as a Servicing Carrier Operations Supervisor and eventually progressing to Assistant Vice President, Sales Enablement & Customer Experience. Throughout their career at Amerisure Insurance, Robert has demonstrated strong leadership skills, managing teams and achieving premium growth and profitability targets. In addition to their insurance experience, Robert also worked as a Youth Minister at St. Francis of Assisi CC from 2006 to 2009, where they designed and implemented a comprehensive program for youth grades six through twelve.
Robert Nicholas completed an Executive Masters of Business Administration (EMBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Quantic School of Business and Technology from 2020 to 2021. Before that, they obtained a B.S. in Organizational Leadership & Management from Regent University in 2005 and 2006. Robert also attended Eastern Michigan University from 1996 to 2001 but did not complete a degree, transferring instead. In 2006, they earned a CRIS designation in Construction Risk & Insurance Specialist (CRIS) from the International Risk Management Institute (IRMI).
In addition to their educational achievements, Robert Nicholas holds several certifications. In 2023, they obtained the "Delivering On The Promise - Critical Service & Sales Training" certification from Janek Performance Group, as well as the "TOPS Reinforcement & Coaching" certification from the same institution. In 2021, they became a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) through the Scrum Alliance.
