Kayla Montoro

Kayla Montoro has a diverse work experience. Kayla started their career in 2014 as a Resident Assistant at Houghton College. Kayla then worked as an Assistant Resident Director from August 2015 to May 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Youth Worker at ACCORD and later became a Foster Care Case Manager at Judson Center. In 2018, they joined Integra Partners as a Human Resources Coordinator and was later promoted to the role of Human Resources Generalist in January 2021, where they are currently employed.

Kayla Montoro obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Houghton University, which they attended from 2013 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they have acquired various certifications in areas such as communication, emotional intelligence, project management, human resources, organizational culture, recruiting, talent management, and administrative human resources. The certifications were obtained from LinkedIn, with the earliest certification earned in April 2018 and the most recent ones obtained in February 2021.
