Case Nichols

Case Nichols is a certified general real property appraiser with extensive experience in commercial real estate, currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Integra Realty Resources since May 2016. Responsibilities include appraising various property types such as multi-family, office, retail, vacant land, and industrial properties throughout Georgia, serving a diverse clientele that includes lenders, law firms, private corporations, and individuals. Prior experience includes roles as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at JLL and NAI Puget Sound Properties, where Case focused on tenant representation and industrial leasing transactions.
