Rob Bitner has extensive experience in the appraisal industry, currently serving as a Commercial Appraiser at Integra Realty Resources since June 2007. In addition, Rob Bitner is the Owner/Appraiser of Alliant Appraisers, a company providing residential and commercial appraisal services in Southern Indiana and the Louisville MSA since June 2006. This firm caters to a diverse client base, including local and national banks. Prior experience includes a position as a Real Estate Analyst at American Appraisers Corporation from January 2003 to June 2007.
