Vice President, Customer Success - APAC

Rob Kay possesses extensive experience in customer success and digital advertising, currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Success for APAC at Integral Ad Science since September 2016. Previous roles at Integral include Senior Director and Director of Customer Success, as well as leading customer success management in both EMEA and Northern Europe. Additional experience includes involvement in the IAB Programmatic Committee and working as an Activation Manager at ZenithOptimedia Group. Rob's early career includes positions as a Digital Planner at MEC and Digital Operations Manager at VivaKi, where management of digital campaigns supported various clients in distinct verticals. Rob Kay holds a Bachelor of Business in Business Information Systems and Marketing from Auckland University of Technology.
