Roger Allen

Roger Allen has worked in various roles in the IT industry since 1987. Roger began their career as an IT Manager at C. R. Bard, Inc. in 1987, where they were responsible for the implementation and integration of software systems to support manufacturing processes. Roger then moved to Johnson & Johnson ETHICON in 1989, where they held the same role. From 1999 to 2008, they worked at Johnson & Johnson and Ethicon, Inc. (Johnson & Johnson), first as an IT Manufacturing Project Manager and then as a Retired. In 2008, they joined Integral Technology Solutions, Inc. as the VP Program Management/Chief Compliance Officer and VP New Business Development.

Roger Allen received a BA in Political Science/Computer Science from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in 1971 and an MA in Political Science from Rutgers University in 1973.
