Nicholas Xecanas

Nicholas Xecanas is Chief Operating Officer at Integral. He works closely with his management team to ensure smooth operations, providing leadership and resources as required. Implementing and guiding the strategic plan, Nicholas builds and maintains Integral’s reputation in the national marketplace. He continuously seeks opportunities to evolve the business, ensuring it remains current with customer needs and market trends. His experience spans 30+ years in delivering outcomes and solutions to major private and public sector clients across a number of industry sectors including EPCM, banking and finance, transport, healthcare and utilities sectors.

Prior to joining Integral, Nicholas worked in diverse roles ranging from operations management, project/program management, organisational restructures and strategic planning. As an energetic, business-focused IT professional, his special interests are general management and emerging technologies.

His recent work includes infrastructure project management for Bechtel and consulting to Queensland Government’s Department of Transport and Main Roads.
