Sean Clark

Sean manages the administrative team at Integral Molecular, overseeing operations across the company covering Human Resources, Office Management, Lab Management, and IT. He is also responsible for organization and leadership development at Integral Molecular, including key initiatives focused on professional development, talent acquisition, management training, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.

Sean brings over 15 years of experience in business operations to Integral Molecular and serves on the Board of Directors for two non-profit organizations, one of which he founded. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Penn State University.
