Erin Rohrbacher

Erin Rohrbacher has 20 years of experience in human resources, 14 of which were in the senior living field. During her career, she has worked in LTC, skilled nursing, LTACs, and CCRCs, and she even served as an HR director for the newly developed Texas State Veterans Home. While she has spent time out of the senior living space, Erin says senior living is where her heart is. She gets to live both of her passions in one role, which is taking care of associates and loving on residents! Erin has been with ISL since 2017 and lives in Amarillo, Texas.
