Integrate.ai has worked across many industries from healthcare to financial services, with the current focus on the insurance data ecosystem. 

We are hiring a Head of Product to lead our Product & Design team. If you are a product leader with a track record of leading strong product teams, has deep knowledge of the enterprise data ecosystem and has successfully led data-centric products to commercial success, this is a unique opportunity to drive outsized impact in an ambitious, high performing startup. 

This is an opportunity to lead a Product Team that is working alongside our Research & ML Teams to break new ground in federated learning (covering a broad range of ML model types), automated data relevancy evaluation, and privacy enhancing technologies. Our Federated Data Science Platform is used across several industries and we work with some of the most innovative organizations to bring their otherwise unused data to light in a way that’s privacy-safe.

The Product & Design Team is one of the three main pillars of the technology organization within integrate.ai, along with the Engineering Team and Research & ML Team. The Head of Product reports to the CTO, Karl Martin.

What you will be doing:

• Creating a clear product vision that will get us from early product-market to scale, fit for an enterprise-level platform
• Building and managing high performing teams to define our product strategy and prioritizing our technical efforts (around both engineering & design) to bring it into reality
• Owning the innovation lifecycle from early-stage user needs research through requirements gathering and launch while advising on prototyping and development
• Translating an understanding of the market and our customers into a product vision and turning that vision into a plan and that plan into reality
• Weaving together an empathetic understanding of customers with your knowledge of technology and competition to create product strategies (e.g., positioning, moats, partnerships, go-to-market)
• Prioritizing what we should build and when, in collaboration with other stakeholders

You have:

• A strong track record of developing, implementing, launching, and managing business-to-business SaaS products in an organization in the midst of a pre- to post-product market fit transition 
• Leadership---leading teams to innovative solutions with a track record of nurturing product talent and fostering a product-focused culture within an organization 
• Communication--that is, product bridges engineering and business, so there is a strong need for great collaboration, but also skill in using productive conflict to drive clarity and impact
• A strong foundation in agile methods so you can be an effective partner to the engineering & ML teams that implement our product vision
• You understand the technical architecture of complex applications and can work with engineers to make intelligent technical trade-offs
• A purposeful advocacy for design’s importance throughout the product journey. A thorough understanding of the design process thinking and can articulate and return to design’s fundamental importance
• A deep technical fluency: an ability to work through the UI and back-end, while also working with ML & research teams to productize their work.
• An entrepreneurial spirit: you are a self-starter, can identify opportunities, understand potential impact and effectively prioritize across multiple competing priorities
• Strong knowledge of the complexities associated with enterprise data systems and the associated technology vendor ecosystem (e.g., BI & analytics, data warehousing, ETL & tooling, ML platforms, etc.) is desired. 
• Industry experience building products for privacy, compliance & security focused industries such as financial services, insurance, or healthcare is a bonus.
