James Kappatos

James Kappatos is an experienced professional in customer success and public relations, currently serving as an Account Manager - Customer Success at Integrate since March 2021. Previously, James held various roles within Integrate, including Enterprise Customer Success Manager and Associate Campaign Manager. Prior to this, James was the Student Government Association President at Lasell University from January 2018 to May 2020, where responsibilities included representing the student body and organizing campus events. James also served as Vice President and President of the Public Relations Alliance, facilitating professional development for students and strategic communication planning. Additional experience includes positions as Assistant Manager/Expeditor/Server at The Egg & I Restaurant and a Public Relations Intern at DPA Communications, contributing to research and media materials. James earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications Public Relations from Lasell University in 2020.
