Teresa Martins, MSM has a strong background in administrative roles within the healthcare industry. Teresa began their career as an Administrative Associate at Integrated Anesthesia Associates, LLC in 2011 and later became the Division Manager of Hartford County. Teresa also served as the Quality & Compliance Coordinator before leaving the company in 2018. From 2018 onwards, Teresa worked at Integrated Anesthesia Associates as a Practice Administrator and eventually became the Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to their time at Integrated Anesthesia Associates, Teresa worked at Women's Health USA as a Clinical Trials and Reporting Analyst from 2007 to 2011.

Teresa Martins, MSM, obtained their Master's of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Saint Joseph, formerly Saint Joseph's College, from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Spanish at the University of Saint Joseph, formerly St. Joseph's College, West Hartford, CT, from 1999 to 2004.
