James Ledbetter has a long and varied work experience. James began their career in 1986 as an Avionic Guidance and Control Specialist in the United States Air Force, where they provided troubleshooting, repairs, calibrations, functional operational testing, and system testing on Lockheed 1C-130H aircraft. After honorable discharge in 1991, they completed Inactive Reserves in 1995. In 1996, they joined Nokia as a Manager of Software Development and Product Testing, where they managed a team of Software Engineers and Product Testers, creating network-side, infrastructure servers supporting Nokia’s mobile data offerings to carriers. In 2004, they joined E4D Technologies as Director of Systems Integration & Testing, where they accomplished testing (and some development) of new intraoral 3D scanner, 3D Design SW application and Milling machine. In 2016, they joined Medtronic as a Sr. Design Quality Engineer. In 2017, they became self-employed, providing Software Engineering and Consulting. In 2018, they joined Delphi Technologies as Technical Manager/Scrum Master. In 2020, they joined Integrated Biometrics as a Sr Automation Test Engineer.

James Ledbetter completed a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Texas Tech University between 1992 and 1996.
