Young Kim

Young Kim has worked in various roles in the IT industry since 1999. Starting as a Production Manager at Harim, they have since held Senior Software Engineer roles at ANT, NMSystems and Testech Inc. At Testech Inc, they developed fingerprint software and firmware for T&A terminal and server. At Secuest Inc, they were a Development Director, and at Integrated Biometrics they were a Senior Director and Technical Director. In their role as Technical Director, they designed for USB fingerprint scanners, including Cypress, FPGA/CPLD, CIS camera, SDRAM and Flash memory. Young also developed SDKs to support USB fingerprint scanners to developers, with multi-device/multi-thread support for Windows x86/64, Linux x86/64, ARM v6/v7a, Android, and WinCE 6.

Young Kim obtained a graduate degree from DaeJeon University in 1999. In 2000, they obtained a certification in Engineer Information Processing from the Human Resources Development Service of Korea.
