She began her career with Williams Communications in 1987 where she worked as the System’s Design Specialist. She then went to work for New South Federal Savings Bank as the Telecommunication’s Manager. While at New South, she proved herself an invaluable asset to the Technology Services Team and was promoted to the Chief Telecommunications Officer position.
Sherry’s professional certifications and working knowledge are extensive across multiple product lines including CISCO CALL MANAGER, CISCO UNITY, CCX, ACD, IVR, ADTRAN, ALLWORX, DIGIUM and NORTEL.
Sherry came to work for ICS in 2010. Sherry is customer focused and a tenacious problem solver able to break down challenges into understandable and manageable tasks. Sherry currently serves as Operations Manager for ICS.
