Erica Piazza, LMSW, is a dedicated professional with a background in social work and education. Currently serving as the Youth ACT Program Manager and Licensed Mental Health Professional at Integrated Community Alternatives Network (ICAN), Erica provides counseling to children and families to support treatment goals. With experience as a Therapist at ADHD & Autism Psychological Services & Advocacy, Educator at Preply, and internships at various organizations like Education Cannot Wait (ECW) and UN Women, Erica has a strong foundation in program development, monitoring, and evaluation. Erica holds a Master of Social Work degree from Boston College and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from SUNY Polytechnic Institute.
