Ralf Kaiser is the Executive Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Integrated Compliance Solutions LLC. Ralf is also the Co-Founder and CEO of Business Acquisitions Mastery, which is now part of the kaiserEDGE LLC small business group. Ralf has over 25 years of experience in maximizing the value of small businesses and medium-sized businesses through growth by acquisition strategies, accessing capital markets, and other forms of growth capital. Their unique strategies have been successfully implemented for small business clients in the U.K., U.S., Australia, and Canada. Ralf’s team has completed over 250 small business and medium-sized business transactions in many sectors and industries with the goal of maximizing small business value.

Ralf Kaiser completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) at the University of Alberta with a focus in finance. Ralf also holds a B.Sc from the University of Alberta in biology, chemistry, marketing, and small business. Ralf is certified as a Cannabis Banking Professional from CBANC.
