Humberto Acosta always had a love for Technology, he showed it best he can as an intern when he joined the team in 2015. He quickly adapted to the ICS work environment and felt like a natural fit from the start. Currently a full-time service tech, He also helps out to make sure support requests are all done in a sufficient and timely manner. He regularly visits client offices and performs on-site support service calls to help better support the clients. He graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute with a degree in Computer Networking Support.
