Sean McNeely

Sean McNeely has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Sean started their career at Armedi Services Corporation as a Senior Project Control Specialist, managing a $25 million contract and overseeing 214 contract staff members. Sean also supervised and trained two employees and ensured compliance with policies, procedures, and procurement regulations.

Sean then joined JMA Solutions as a Statistical Analyst where they assembled, managed, and analyzed large datasets from multiple sources to support informed decision-making on finance and mission-related activities for the U.S. State Department.

Following that, they worked at ManTech Int. Corporation as a Senior System Analyst, collaborating with project team members and resolving potential risk, legal, and fiscal policy issues. Sean was responsible for negotiating and facilitating discussions prior to signing support agreements.

Later, Sean became the Deputy Director at Professional Analysis, Inc., managing various segments of information technology and human resources. Sean coordinated logistics for contractor teams, processed employee expense reports, and handled internal communications and budgeting/finance duties.

Currently, Sean is working at Integrated Data Services, Inc. as a Product Lead. In this role, they manage business requirements, analyzes source systems, designs data models, and develops metadata for data analysis and visualization. Sean also collaborates with business areas and project teams to document data visualization and business intelligence requirements.

Sean McNeely earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. In 2012, they enrolled at the University of Maryland Global Campus and completed their Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services in 2015. Sean further pursued their education at the University of Maryland Global Campus and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations, completing their studies in 2017.
