Chris Lorico

Chris Lorico is an experienced professional in the field of program management and technical support, currently serving as an Enterprise Program Manager at IDS - Integrated Dealer Systems since December 2017. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Senior Support Analyst at the same company. A significant portion of Chris's career was spent at Milano Software from July 2010 to November 2017, where Chris led the Client Services team as Head of Client Services. Earlier experience includes various technical support roles at Milano Systems from April 2005 to November 2017, as well as a Systems Administrator position at OCAD University from January 2002 to April 2003.
