Jack Olson

Jack Olson is a Network Support Specialist at Integrated Dealer Systems (IDS) since April 2018, with prior experience as a Delivery Driver at Pizza Hut and a Support Engineer Intern at AppSmart, where administration and technical support for cloud applications were provided. Jack’s earlier roles include various cooking positions at Chili's, PDQ Restaurants, New York Bagel Deli, and Subway. Educational qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance and a Certificate as a Linux Security Specialist, both from Wake Technical Community College, as well as a diploma in Engineering from Southeast Raleigh Magnet High School.
