Matthew McCarty

Matthew McCarty is an experienced Technology Project Manager at Integrated Design Solutions since January 2020 and has served as a Leadership & Communications Coach, Speaker, Project Coach, and Facilitator at MD McCarty & Associates, LLC since August 2013. McCarty has extensive experience in project management and leadership coaching, having previously held the position of Senior Project Manager/Business Process Consultant at Kelly Services from December 2013 to July 2019, where strategic projects were led on both national and global scales. McCarty's career also includes a significant role as Executive Director of Information Technology Services at Clarkston Community Schools, managing large-scale technology initiatives and fostering educational advancements. An earlier position at Kelly Services as Information Technology Manager involved the establishment of security standards and improvement of IT services.
