Kris Shudes

Kris Shudes, PMP, is a seasoned program manager currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Integrated DNA Technologies since December 2022. With an extensive background that includes over twelve years at Transamerica, where significant roles included Director of IT PMO and IT Program Manager, Kris successfully established a new PMO structure, managed a $7M department budget, and facilitated the implementation of a landmark $2B Third Party Administration agreement. Earlier career experiences at Vangent, Inc. involved strategic management for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and oversight of cross-functional teams. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the Wilson College of Business at the University of Northern Iowa and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
