Laurie Kurihara

Laurie Kurihara has extensive work experience in the biotechnology industry. Starting in 1995, they worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Princeton University/HHMI until 2002. From 2004 to 2007, they served as a Biotechnology Consultant at ProNAi Therapeutics, Inc. and later continued as a Biotechnology Consultant at The Jackson Laboratory West and the University of Michigan from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, Laurie joined Swift Biosciences, Inc as a Senior Director of R&D, and later became the Vice President of Product Development in 2018 until August 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Product Development at Integrated DNA Technologies, starting in March 2021.

Laurie Kurihara earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from Chatham University from 1985 to 1989. Laurie then pursued their Ph.D. in Molecular Biology at Princeton University from 1989 to 1995.
